Moving, Car ouchies, Jobs, ...

We moved! We have been in our new apartment at Dulles Greene for about two weeks now. I took this picture off our balcony so its not ours. We are on the top/ 3rd floor. We really like it! I haven't decorated yet, I'll post pictures of the inside eventually.The Maxima needs a Band-Aid. Devin made me post this picture. He also is making me say that it was my fault, making a left hand turn at a yellow/red light, the other car was running a red light but I got nailed with the ticked for not yeilding on a left hand turn. Devin thinks the Maxima is a transformer and turns into a tank every time it is about to get hit. You should have seen the other car, it looked a lot worse. Luckily I married a repair man and he fixed the Maxima all up for me so it's driveable.

New jobs! I just got hired on at Kay's Jewelers. While I was working at the Cheesecake Factory the regional manager came in and asked if I'd like to work at Kays. I applied and got the job! It's good so far. My jewelry is all Wal-Mart quality so I have a lot to learn. I also started watching a little two year old boy Friday's and every other Monday. I'm still working at the Cheesecake for now.

Devin is also looking for a part time job. They have quit knocking doors for the summer and now they are just keeping up servicing the accounts they already have so he has plenty of extra time. He applied for several jobs, a couple are at the airport.

I really wanted to get a kickball game together. We invited a bunch of the people in the ward and it was awesome! When we started it was raining so it may have scared some people away but we still had teams of 7 each.

I think I got out on this one...

It was so much fun! We'll definitely do it again!

Since moving into our apartment Devin has been motivated to start working out. The apartment complex has a small weight room and one of his buddies from the ward and his wife started working out in the mornings, so Devin has gotten us onto their schedule. We wake up at 5 am every morning and meet at the gym. So early! We have been doing it for two weeks straight and haven’t missed a day. Devin looked good before, he really looks hot now! I look the same, I'm just feel sore all the time.
