So Much Fun

I have been so tired lately!  Something about waking up early, doing the mom thing, and everything else sure wears me out!  Yesterday I discovered how wonderful a midday nap can be!  I struggle relaxing enough to fall asleep in the middle of the day, usually.  Yesterday though, I was so tired, and right after I put Bridger down I read myself to sleep and woke up, the same time as Bridger, two hours later.  Oh, it was wonderful!  I caught a glimpse of the glory of naps and now I think I understand why people love their naps so much!  I am considering converting over. . .
I had some visitors last week and have been meaning to put these pictures up, but I've been too tired/lazy to get the pictures off my camera to blog. . . But now that my husband is away at the Priesthood Session of conference, I have some time.
I checked out a book from the library for Bridger.  It is called "Good News. Bad News."  Those four (three?) words are the only words in the entire book, yet somehow it makes up a cute story that Bridger insists on reading multiple times per sitting.  Let's try that technique out with this post:
Good News!
My mom, aunt Marie, and sister Katey all came to visit over Spring Break!  Hooray!  I LOVE visitors!
Bad News!
Devin and I caught the flu from Myra.
Good News!
Our visitors didn't get the flu, so they could still tour DC without us!
Bad News!
The weather was chilly.  That wind made it SOOO COLD!
Good News!
They made it here for the National Cherry Blossom Festival!
Bad News!
The trees weren't in bloom yet.  We only saw one tree with true cherry blossoms as we were driving.
Good News!
We got to see some cool things that I had never toured before! (Like the National Spy Museum, ).
Bad News!
They wouldn't let us take any pictures there, so I couldn't document the cool experience through photos.
Good News!
Three women to a kitchen is a wonderful thing!  Meals got made and cleaned up so fast we even had time for games and movies after dinner!
Good News!
Devin made us a Carmel-Apple Pie, per Katey's request.  It was delicious!
Good News!
They stayed almost a week!  We loved it!  Bridger loved it!  They made our house so fun!
Bad News!
They had to go.
Good News!
We have some pictures to remember the fun time!

Our hike to Seneca Falls.  Devin and I have hiked there a few times but we've never seen the Falls??
At the Spy Museum.  I captured this shot while Katey was getting into her Ninja pose, just before I got in trouble for having my camera out.
At the Portrait Museum.  Katey liked these funny guys.
He fits right in, doesn't he?!
Myra was such a good sport!  She skipped her morning nap and even pushed off her afternoon nap a couple hours to see the sites with us.  She is a really good baby girl!
In front of some art I don't understand.  I guess I'm not an artsy person.  I couldn't understand most of anything I saw.  Art has very a broad and generous scope.
At Manassas Battlefield.
Thanks for the fun week!!

Ha, NOT what you're thinking! Only tired from my early morning workouts, picking up extra shifts at the gym, and being in charge of our ward spaghetti dinner, girls camp director, and doing High Adventure. I'm exhausted but not prego :).

How is your pregnancy going though? Are you on bed rest now?
