I was put in charge of a Super Saturday craft that happened last month. I wanted my kids to have a nativity set they can play with. Bridger has always wanted to play with my nativity set, I usually find him carrying around baby Jesus... and I think its great that he has so much interest in the nativity set, I just don't want him to break my set. My friend pointed me in the direction of these little wooden figures. And I thought how great they are! They can't break! (I ordered the little wood people here.)
So this became one of our Relief Society Super Saturday projects. But wouldn't it be so much better with a stable? DEVIN... Would you PLEASE?? And he is so great and he did! He thought the design for the stable all up on his own. He created it so that all the figurines fit so nicely, and can be shut up inside the stable to be put away until next year. I love his design, and his willingness to help me! We had 25 sets we had to put together, so he put in a lot of work making all these for me!
Thanks hunny! Thanks for humoring me, and always being the guy I can call on. I think you're great!

You probably don't even remember me (I'm Laura-Bryan's wife) and I have followed your blog for a long time! :) I love that little nativity set for the kids. Very clever to use the stable for storage
Laura- I DO remember you! As a matter of fact, I look at your blog every once and a while too ;)
