My baby is 6 months!

It is hard to believe my baby Bridger is already 6 months!  It has been so fun to have him in our family.

Here are some things that he has accomplished in the last month or so:
  • He can roll over both ways!  ... Sometimes this is a problem because he rolls over in his crib.  I often find him sideways laying against the top.  Yesterday I put him down for a nap and I heard him crying so I went in to re-wrap him and replace his binkie and found him with both his legs sticking out of the crib!  One of his legs was stuck pretty good in between the bars.  He had his leg all the way out past his knee.  It took a while for Devin and I to work it out.  I guess its time for a crib bumper!
  • He can sit on his own.
  • He really can't hold still.  He wishes he were more mobile and sometimes he gets frustrated that he's not.  He wants to be all over the place.  When I am holding him he twists all around, flails his arms and kicks his legs all the time, is always grabbing at something and most often its my face... oh ya, and pulling at my hair.
  • Prefers laying on his tummy rather than his back.
  • He can scoot backwards and rotate in a circle.  I'll lay him down facing one way, and he's like the tortoise, it takes him a few minutes, but slow and steady he manages to turn all the way around.  He spins 180's and 360's all the time!
  • His favorite place to be is standing up while holding our fingers.
  • He really likes walking around.  I will give Landon credit for this.  He taught Bridger how to take steps.  Now Bridger is a speed walker!
  • Loves, loves, LOVES being outside!  If he is crying or getting restless inside, all I have to do is take him outside and he will be perfectly happy.
