We had some SUPER FUN visitors at our house! The Simmons spoiled us with a visit all the way from Russia! :) Liz and her kids came for a few days. We followed them to the park, to the Zoo, to the Air and Space Museum, and they did some extra sightseeing in DC. We loved having them! They are so much fun! It's great Jenna is old enough to babysit, so Liz and I got to go running a few times together. She helped me figure out my life. She could be my therapist. haha. Bridger loved playing with her kids! Jenna, Ellie, Levi, and Macie were so good to him and he played hard every day! We could just eat them up, we love them so much!
We got super lucky twice, because then a couple weeks later, Adam got in, so they got to come back so we could play with them some more! They took us down to the Harbor area in DC and we tried out some crab and seafood. We forgot to take our date night picture... I am really good taking pictures of the kids; somehow I always forget to get pictures of ourselves. Oh well. Tons and tons of fun with the Simmons!

I am always learning things... especially when Liz is around! Who knew that all these trees next to our house and all along the trail were mulberry trees? I always told Bridger the berries were just for the birds and the squirrels. Liz saw them, she and her kids picked several bowl fulls, and then made Mulberry Pie! Yum, yum! All the things I never knew. . . :)
These guys were so great! We were lucky to catch them on their way back to Idaho. We will miss them!
