We had such a fun summer! We know we are lucky and blessed! We took a friend and family trip to Bethany Beach, Delaware. The weather was warm, when we braved the water it wasn't too cold for swimming, and we had fun on the beach jumping over the waves. We enjoyed a sunrise, dug up sand crabs, and searched for sea shells. We made sand castles, dug big holes, buried Bridger, played baseball and ring toss, burned our feet on the hot sand, enjoyed bathing in the sun, and had a great time! This year I didn't have any napping kids! I felt like I could relax a little on the beach and even read a book! Smiles came easily as I watched my kids laugh and play between the sand and the waves.
