Girls Camp

       I "Treasured Up" Girls Camp this year with our stake young women at Prince William Forest Park.  Camp songs, skits, wasp infested cabins, lots of bug spray and sunscreen combine to create the whole experience.  Each day we focused on something to "treasure": individual worth, scriptures, commandments, the voice of the Lord, and the love of God.
      I was a level leader over a group of fourth year girls I hadn't met before.  They are hard core campers in our stake and camp from Tuesday-Saturday, the 4th years go Monday.   I must be wimpy because I only made it the first three days.  The best part might have been the food!  I love having someone else cook for me :).
