Halloween

We had a fun October celebrating Halloween this year at our house.  It was fun that Bridger is old enough to understand a lot of what is going on.  We didn't take him trick-or-treating last year, but this year he got the hang of it real fast, starting with the Trunk-or-Treat at the church.  He quickly figured out that saying "trick-or-treat" were the magic words to get people to give him candy!  He thought it was great!
Prior to trunk-or-treating, our ward had a chili dinner.  Devin made an AMAZING, super yummy chili.  Should have taken a picture.  He used roast meat instead of ground beef, and really, you should have tried it.  I wished I would have saved a portion at home, because there wasn't any left over.  I love when Devin cooks because he gets all the best ingredients and he never substitutes ingredients, like me, so it always turns out right, and he appreciates good cookware.  The trash can has been calling my crock-pot for a long time. . . The handle is melted, the lid doesn't sit tight (so I use aluminum foil to cover it), and it cooks super hot (so I always half the cooking time).  Thanks to Devin needing to use a crock pot, I got an early birthday present! Sweet!
Bridger and Colby are best buds who love to copy cat each other
This is their muscle shot, haha.

Bridger can locate Netflix everywhere we go, its terrible.

Trick-or-Treating
He loved trick-or-treating with his friends!  I'm glad I let him go.  I'm not huge on letting him have all that candy, but I'll see how long I can make his candy stash last.  He gets one piece a day and he is okay with that.
