Goodbye Neena

Her time had come.

I was really tired of searching her out from beneath the couch.

So I suggested that we let Neena go back to be with her family for Easter.

Bridger agreed that was a pretty good idea.

Sunday evening we fed her a last supper of condensed milk and lettuce,

and we led her into the wild.

We said our last goodbye's, set her down near some bushes, 

gave her some encouraging pats on her back and watched as she hopped away.

She sure was fun while we had her.

Live a good life Neena... stay away from birds and foxes!

Bridger and Neena fell asleep together on the couch.
