We got home, and a dog in a neighboring yard started barking at us.
Bridger said, "That dog is happy to see me! But sorry dog, I can't play... I have to go home now!"
Yes, that is a foot print in my bread loaf! Bridger wouldn't let anything stand in his way to the tootsie roll on the top of the fridge! (I'm not sure if he meant to use it as a stool or if he just wasn't paying attention to where his foot was).
The making of a Pine Wood Derby car.
Myra worked on an art project of her own, while the boys were painting the fastest car on the planet!
Orange on top, blue on the bottom, and small Pom Poms for eyes (at Bridger's insistence). Bridger loved working on the car with dad! He was super excited to get to race it as well. It was the mutual activity that night, young men against High Priests. Devin said the whole way in the car, Bridger wore a big cheesy-excited smile! They ended up in fourth place. Bridger was all non-stop talk when he got home! He had a blast!
Bridger has become such a great swimmer! It is incredible how far he has come since last summer! He absolutely loves the water! He takes swim lessons through Lifetime, and I think his teacher is great! She doesn't put up with any guff, and Bridger really likes her. Bridger loves to be underwater... so much that for most of his lesson, his head is more underwater than not. When it is not his turn he is diving under water, practicing holding his breath and sees what he can see through his goggles. He has no fear of water and is becoming a pretty good swimmer on his own. He still has a ways to go before he will be able to swim a full lap on his own (the goal so he can go down the slide when it opens outside this summer), but he is on his way and doing fantastic!

Oh my gosh, you are so perfectly cute with that belly. I love it. When I look at your blog I miss you. That loaf of bread is HILARIOUS. I couldn't stop laughing about it.
