- When you ask him to say his name his says "B-ber". Devin thinks he has a Justin Beiber complex. Up until recently he couldn't say the "dger".
- He thinks he can't be seen when he can't see us. It makes hide-and-seek fun. He just throws a blanket over his head. Often when I ask him to clean up, he runs and buries his head in the love sack, thinking that will get him out of it.
- He cries when we sing primary songs. I used to sing "I am a Child of God", "I Have a Family Here on Earth" and "I'm Trying to Be Like Jesus" to him before bed. We sang some of those primary songs during family night and it made him cry. Haha.
- He can climb in and out of his crib on his own and he can even open his door. He seems like such a big boy when he gets himself out of bed and comes downstairs all by himself.
- He used to turn the lock on his door and there were a few traumatic times when we had to wait for Devin to drive home and open the door. He's done it enough, now I can easily open it when locked.
- He used to hate bananas. I could sometimes trick him into one bite but he would never go for another. We watched a little of the movie "Babies". One part shows a baby eating a banana. Right then he asked for an "anana" and ever since he loves bananas. Funny kid.
- Lately he gets so upset when he cries that he makes himself throw-up. Why?
- When he knows he is about to get in trouble, he hurries and gives me or Devin a hug. So sweet. He knows how to work the system already.
