Merry Christmas

      We had a great Christmas!  It is hard to believe that it already came and went.  Bridger was really fun this year.  He got excited over each present.   When we came downstairs, Devin had a little car race track set up.  When Bridger saw it he said "WOW!" and we spent the first part of the morning racing cars down the ramp.

     We finally got to his stocking and he just wanted to sit and eat all the fruit snacks.  After a bit we were able to move on to more presents.  He liked tearing the paper off and when he saw the present he would say "I want it!"  We had so much fun watching him be so excited over everything.  I especially love how he is at the age where everything is exciting (including new bibs and hand-me-down cars) and he doesn't need many gifts to make him happy. 

      Devin and I received many great gifts too.  I am so excited about my new camera!  I had been saving for one and Devin helped and did most of the researching and because I couldn't decided which one, he picked one for me for Christmas!  You should start seeing a big difference in picture quality on my blog.  Hooray!

      Christmas always brings lots of treats and yummy food too along with many nice gifts.  We are so blessed!  I liked having Christmas fall on a Sunday this year too, which helped be a reminder that the real reason we celebrate Christmas is Christ.  

      We miss celebrating the holidays with our families.  We know we miss out on lots of fun, so we try to make up for the missed parties by having lots of our own.  We are always grateful for all our good friends in Virginia!
      I'll work on uploading a video of Bridger... He says "HO HO HO, erry ismus (Merry Christmas)".  So cute.
