Lesson's we learn from Disney

"Who's afraid of the Big Bad Wolf?  The Big Bad Wolf?  The Big Bad Wolf?... haha ha haha"

We love the story of the Three Little Pigs.  It is one of Bridger's favorites that he makes me re-tell over and over again.  Devin re-found this fun, old, 8 min, Disney movie to show Bridger.  I even like watching it, but I love the old cartoons best.  They teach real, moral lessons!  After watching this, I realize how huge an influence it had on Devin's young life and probably shaped his entire outlook!  Just watch.  Take a guess what little piggy Devin is most like.  (The bonus after you watch it, is getting the "Big Bad Wolf" jingle playing in your head all day!)
Which piggy did you guess?  (Big Hint: After we were married, Devin told me he would rather work than play.)
I don't entirely agree with Disney's implied conclusion on which piggy is best though.  When I was dating I was most attracted to brick house builders.  But the third little piggy is so ornery when he works.  Why can't he be happy and friendly and sing a little jingle while he works too?
I'm afraid I am one of the piggies that like to play all day.  It's just part of me, I love to play hard!  Have you guessed Devin?  He is the third little piggy type (but not so ornery).  He likes to work hard!  That is why we make such a good team!  We're good for each other. I try to help him to play more and he gave me two little kids that make me work all day. :)
I really am super grateful for Devin's hardworking mentality.  I guess I should thank Disney, along with my in-laws, for making Devin the hard working man I love!

(Who's afraid of the Big, Bad, Wolf? ... Haha, ha, haha...)
